When We're Available

Our doors and phone lines follow a pretty straightforward schedule. Here's when you can expect to find us:

If you reach out outside these hours, we'll see your message first thing the next business day. Emails sent on weekends typically get responses by Monday afternoon.

Can I visit your facility before enrolling?

Absolutely. Come during our operating hours and someone will show you around the kitchen spaces. You can see where classes happen, check out the equipment, and get a feel for the environment. No formal appointment needed – just stop by.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?

Most inquiries get a response within 12-24 hours on weekdays. If your question is urgent, calling us directly tends to be faster since someone usually picks up during office hours.

Do you offer consultations for people unsure about which program to take?

Yes, we do this regularly. You can schedule a 20-minute phone conversation or meet with one of our program advisors in person. We'll ask about your background, goals, and schedule to help figure out what makes sense for you.

What if I need to speak to someone in another language besides English?

Our team primarily operates in English, but several staff members are conversational in Malay and Mandarin. Mention your language preference when you reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available if I visit your location?

There's street parking along Jalan USJ 15 and a public parking area about two minutes' walk from our entrance. Weekday mornings tend to be busier, so arriving after 10:30 AM usually makes finding a spot easier.
